In this hour and a half workshop,  you will experience the magical alchemy of Sacred Yogic chants. Within each chant is a mantra in which healing vibrations created to heal the body, mind and spirit will be activated.  The workshop will begin with a series of bija or seed mantras, which are designed to clear chakras.  Following this, we will sing heart opening songs in a call and response format.  We will then end our journey with sacred sound bath guided by crystal healings bowls which will relax the mind and nourish the spirit.
